The Anthology: Six Volumes, One Heart

Updated: Mar 23

Dear Reader,

Some books are written to entertain.

This one was written to remember.

Letters of My Heart is more than a collection of poems.

It is a journey through love—not the polished kind, but the honest kind.

The kind that aches.

The kind that heals.

The kind that stays.

This anthology was created for the moments when you need words but don’t know how to find them.

For the seasons when love feels near.

And for the seasons when love feels far away.

Love Poetry Anthology: Six Volumes, One Heart

This love poetry anthology is arranged as six volumes—each one holding a different season of the heart.

Because love isn’t one emotion.

Love is a lifetime of emotions.

It changes shape.

It grows.

It breaks.

It mends.

It becomes:

~desire

~devotion

~regret

~gratitude

~patience

~faith

~surrender

One book couldn’t hold all of that.

So we gave love room.

Six rooms. Six doors. Six places to step into and say:

“Yes. That’s what I’ve felt.”

What This Anthology Is

Think of each volume as a chapter of the same story—told through poems that read like letters.

Letters to someone.

Letters from someone.

Letters you wish you had written sooner.

Letters you’re still writing in your heart.

Each volume carries its own emotional thread:

  • Volume I: Yearning Hearts — where longing speaks first

  • Volume II: Whispers of Hope — where love begins again

  • Volume III: Texas Dreams — where memory becomes landscape

  • Volume IV: Seeking Eternity — where faith and forever meet

  • Volume V: Roots of Love — where devotion becomes foundation

  • Volume VI: My Eternal — where love becomes legacy

Together, they form a single truth:

Love is worth writing about— even when it hurts.

Especially when it hurts.

Why Six Volumes?

Because love doesn’t arrive in a straight line.

It arrives in waves. In seasons. In returns.

Many of us live the same story more than once:

We long. We hope. We dream. We search. We build. We remain.

Six volumes give love room to be fully human—

not rushed, not simplified, not forced into a happy ending it hasn’t reached yet.

And for some hearts…the ending isn’t happiness.

It’s peace.

It’s understanding.

It’s gratitude.

It’s release.

That matters too.

What You’ll Find Inside

You’ll find poems that hold:

tenderness without pretending

devotion without perfection

longing without shame

faith without forcing

memory without bitterness

You’ll find language for the things we don’t always say well out loud.

Quiet lines that feel like a hand on your shoulder.

Reminders that love can be steady — even when life is not.

And perhaps, if you linger long enough… you’ll find something else: yourself.

Because that’s what honest writing does.

It returns us to what’s true.

Who This Is For

This anthology is for:

  • the person who misses someone

  • the person who is trying again

  • the person who loves faithfully

  • the person who is healing

  • the person who wants to believe in love, but needs help remembering how

If you’ve ever felt too much… these pages were written for you.

How to Read It

You can read it in order.

Or you can open to any page and begin.

Because love doesn’t always arrive in sequence.

Sometimes the right poem finds you at the right time.

And that is enough.

If you want a simple path:

Start with Yearning Hearts if you’ve been carrying longing.

Start with Whispers of Hope if you’re learning how to begin again.

Start with Roots of Love if you’re building something lasting.

Start with My Eternal if you’re honoring a love that remains.

There is no wrong door.

Only the door your heart needs today.
